TLC Pulls “19 Kids and Counting” Show From Air after Star Confesses to Sex Abuse

TLC, the cable company that airs the television show “19 Kids and Counting” has pulled the plug on the show after one of its main characters, Josh Duggar, admitted to sexually molesting teenaged girls, including some of his own sisters.

“Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably, for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret,” the now-27-year-old said in a statement. “I hurt others, including my family and close friends.

While Duggar alluded to speaking with “authorities” about the sexual abuse, it’s not clear if he will face any criminal charges stemming from his confession.
