Former Subway Pitchman Gets 15 Years in Prison for Child Pornography and Underage Sexual Contact

sandwitchU.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt sentenced former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle to 15 years and eight months in prison for trading in child pornography and having sex with underage prostitutes.

The sentencing was part of a plea deal Fogle had reached with prosecutors after federal law enforcement authorities raided his home in July.

The 38-year-old Fogle admitted paying for sex with girls as young as 16 and receiving child pornography produced by his charitable foundation’s former director.

He also agreed pay his 14 victims $100,000 each in restitution.
