Former School Counselor Charged with Sex Abuse Dating Back to 1960’s

William Bricker is a 94-year-old man in hospice care in northern Michigan. He is also accused of horrific sexual abuse crimes in Wyoming dating back to the late 1960’s and 1970’s.

Chicago’s WGN-TV reports, “William Bricker, 94, is charged with sex crimes involving two boys at a summer camp in Wyoming where he served as a counselor from the 1960s to the 1980s. Students at Hubbard Woods elementary school in Winnetka have also come forward to say Bricker molested them.”

According to recently found memos, local police and school officials supposedly discussed the allegations. However, there are no police records indicating that law enforcement ever met with Bricker.
Bricker will be extradited to Wyoming to face the charges later this month.
